Step 4. Upload Files
Files and folders have been downloaded to your computer as seen in the left box.
To upload files from your computer to the FTP server, highlight the files and folders in the left box that you want to upload and click the right pointing arrow.
To upload files and folders from a different folder on your computer, use the buttons above the left box to change the folder.
To upload files and folders to a different folder on the FTP server, use the buttons above the right box to change the folder.
