How to encrypt and email multiple files and folders?
Step 1. (a) Open a Windows Explorer, (b) locate and select the files or folders you want to send,
(c) right click on the selection, and (d) select Encrypt under the popup menu
xTyFileCrypter.
Step 2. Enter the key and its name that you want to use to encrypt the files.
Check the box Remember and always use this key to encrypt: if you want to. Click OK to continue.
Step 3. Click the Encrypt & Zip button. If you want to encrypt
each individual file, click the Encrypt button instead.
Step 4. If you click the Encrypt & Zip button in the previous step, you will be asked to give a name for the
package that will contain all the encrypted files. Click OK to start encrypting.
Step 5. Now the files you selected have been encrypted. Right click
on the file you want to email and select Mail Recipient as shown below. (If you don't have the mail software
configured correctly on your computer, you can email the file as you usually would do to send an email attachment.)
Step 6. Fill in the email address of the recipient and other information if needed. Click the Send to finish.
